Andrew Burrows, MA, BCL, LLM (Harvard), QC (Hon), Barrister and Honorary Bencher of
Middle Temple, is the Norton Rose Professor of Commercial Law at the University of
Oxford and a Fellow of St. Hugh's College. He was a Law Commissioner from 1994-1999.
He has a part time practice at Fountain Court Chambers, London and sits as a Recorder.
He is a member of the Ogden Working Party and lectures regularly for the Judicial
Studies Board. He has written extensively on the areas of contract, tort and restitution.
