17 of the 1983 code of canon law in light of contemporary hermeneutics". From 1986
to 1987 he was associated priest of Transfiguration of the Lord's Parish in Iława,
Poland. In 1991 he taught religion, physics and philosophy at the Minor Seminary of
the Oblates of Mary Immaculate in Markowice, Poland. From 1997 to 1998 he served as
chancellor of the Archdiocesan Curia in Keewatin-Le Pas, Manitoba, Canada. Since
1998 he teaches canon law at Saint Paul University in Ottawa, Canada.
