Malheureusement ce dernier n'est pas souvent vérifié chez le vétérinaire praticien. Or la loi donne des règles qui fixent non seulement les obligations mais aussi les droits de chacun. Cette thèse est donc une sorte de catalogue organisé des droits et non droits du vétérinaire en application dans l'exercice de sa profession au quotidien. Elle concerne uniquement les vétérinaires qui exercent une activité libérale.Tous les droits du vétérinaire sont tour à tour analysés, en commençant par le droit d'exercer, celui qui ouvre la porte sur les autres droits du praticien : le droit de prescrire et de délivrer des médicaments, le droit de se spécialiser, le droit de percevoir des honoraires, le droit d'exercer une autre activité, le droit du travail appliqué à la profession et tant d'autres. Unfortunately, it is not often confirmed for the vet practitioner. The law gives the rules which set not only the obligations but so the rights of each. This thesis is a sort of organized catalogue of rights and interdictions of the veterinary surgeon in application in the daily exercise of his profession. It only concerns veterinary surgeons who work in liberal practice.All rights of the vet are analyzed in turn, beginning with the right of practise, which one opens the door on other  rights of the practitioner: the right to prescribe and to deliver medicines, the right to specialize, the right to receive fee, the right to practise an other business, the labour law applied to the profession and so many others.
