Note publique d'information : Cette thèse en psychanalyse et médecine est enracinée dans un service médical d'assistance
à la procréation d'une part et d'andrologie d'autre part. L'auteur envisage les aléas
du travail de subjectivation de pères infertiles entre pesanteurs biotechnologiques
et « bricolage » conscients et inconscients qui illustrent la limite de l'affirmation
d'une paternité qui pourrait s'affranchir de sa corporéité. L'hypothèse d'une corporéité
de la paternité non pas seulement somatique mais narcissique et libidinale est d'abord
posée. Le fait que les nouvelles techniques de procréation soient prises dans le montage
paradoxal du « pharmakon » en constitue la deuxième. La méthodologie repose sur les
observations préliminaires des consultations médecin/patients qui continuent de revenir
au service d'andrologie après une PMA couronnée de succès par une naissance puis sur
des entretiens de recherche. Le paradigme de l'hypocondrie s'impose dans cette clinique
comme « une boussole » pour comprendre la « guerre froide » du sujet ainsi mis à l'épreuve
face à une médecine moderne armée des techniques. Le symptôme somatique d'impuissance
sexuelle observé chez les patients présentés dans cette recherche vient comme pour
attester qu'une atteinte au corps narcissique a eu lieu, atteinte que les substances
pharmacologiques échouent à colmater. La pathologie hypocondriaque apparaît dans ce
cas comme une suppléance au désastre de l'effacement de soi.
Note publique d'information : This thesis in psychoanalysis and medicine is rooted in medical assistance to procreation
on one hand and Andrology on the other. The author envisages the variety mode of subjectivation
of infertile fathers between biotechnologiques heaviness and « handicrafts » conscious
and unconscious. This work illustrate the limit of affirmation of paternity that could
liberate from its corporeality. The hypothesis of a corporeality of paternity not
only somatic but narcissist and libidinal is first stipulated. The fact that the new
technology of procreation are taken in the paradoxical montage of "Pharmakon" constitutes
the second. The methodology is based on preliminary observations of medical consultations
