Note publique d'information : Ce travail s'intitule "modélisation et régulation d'un séchoir serre pour boue d'épandage".
Il s'inscrit dans une thématique portant sur le traitement par voie de séchage des
déchets ultimes, des stations d'épuration des eaux usées, des industries pharmaceutiques,
alimentaires et vinicoles. L'objectif est de mettre en œuvre une base de connaissances
concernant le fonctionnement d'un séchoir serre et permettant la régulation de la
température et de l'humidité de l'air asséchant à partir d'une commande associée.
Toutes les phases de la démarche du procédé de séchage au choix de la conception
de la commande seront explorées dans cette étude. L'originalité de notre travail repose
essentiellement sur la configuration très variable du dispositif de séchage associant
différents phénomènes du procédé notamment, l'effet de serre associé à une dalle chauffante
et un dispositif de retournement des boues à sécher.
Note publique d'information : This work concern with a "modeling and regulation in the greenhouse drier applied
of sewage sludge". Our study has been initiated various important by pratical applications
such us the drying of ultimate wastes of water purification stations, pharmaceutical,
food and viticultural industry. The main objective of the work is to set up a base
of knowledge concerning the operation of a greenhouse drier and allowing one the
temperature control of the dray air by associated controller. Choosing order design
all the phases of drying the process of the of will be explored in this study. The
originality of this theme of research rests primarily on a very variable configuration
of the drying device associating various phenomena of the process, in particular,
the effect of greenhouse drier being added to a heating flagstone and a device of
reversal of muds.
