Nous avons réalisé une étude rétrospective de Janvier 2017 à Décembre 2018. L\u2019objectif principal est d\u2019étudier l\u2019association entre la dysfonction sudorale et l\u2019athérosclérose exprimée sous forme ABS score. Trois objectifs secondaires ont été étudiés : en premier l\u2019association entre la dysfonction sudorale et l\u2019atteinte microangiopathique (composé de la rétinopathie diabétique, l\u2019insuffisance rénale et/ou la microalbuminurie) puis l\u2019association entre la dysfonction sudorale et l\u2019atteinte microangiopathie (constituée de la cardiopathie ischémique, l\u2019AOMI et/ou la maladie cérébrovasculaire) et enfin l\u2019évaluation des facteurs associés à la dysfonction sudorale. Nous n\u2019avons pas retrouvé d\u2019association significative entre la dysfonction sudorale et l\u2019athérosclérose (ESC pieds p :0.562 ; ESC mains p :0.266). Il existe une association significative entre la dysfonction sudorale et le critère microangiopathie (ESC pieds:0.016; ESC mains p:0.044) et le critère macroangiopathie (ESC pieds p =0.001;ESC mains p =0.014). En analyse multivariée, les facteurs indépendants associés à un ESC® pieds <60μS sont : une clairance <60 ml/min (OR: 6.642; IC [1.840-23.975]; p: 0.004) et l\u2019Hba1c (OR: 1.482; IC[1.111-1.978]; p: 0.008) et pour l\u2019ESC® mains <60 μS : une clairance <60 ml/min (OR: 10.116; IC[1.222-83.712]; p:0.032) et la dyslipidémie (OR :4.180; IC [1.538-11.358]);p:0.005). ll existe une association significative entre la microangiopathie et la dysfonction sudorale avec comme facteur indépendant une clairance < 60 ml/min et une association significative entre l\u2019ESC® et la macroangiopathie. We conducted a retrospective study from January 2017 to December 2018. The primary objective was to study the association between sweat dysfunction and atherosclerosis expressed as an ABS score. Three secondary objectives were studied: first the association between sweat dysfunction and microangiopathic involvement (consisting of diabetic retinopathy, renal failure, and/or microalbuminuria) and then the association between sweat dysfunction and microangiopathic involvement (consisting of ischemic heart disease, AOMI, and/or cerebrovascular disease), and finally the evaluation of factors associated with sweat dysfunction.We did not find a significant association between sweat dysfunction and atherosclerosis (ESC feet p:0.562; ESC hands p:0.266). There was a significant association between sweat dysfunction and the microangiopathy criterion (ESC feet:0.016; ESC hands p:0.044) and the macroangiopathy criterion (ESC feet p =0.001;ESC hands p =0.014).
