Note publique d'information : Les soins palliatifs sont une clinique de plus en plus investie par les psychomotriciens.
D’une part, car cela consiste en une approche globale de la personne ; d’autre part,
car la maladie grave et incurable entraîne des répercussions psychomotrices importantes.
En effet, l’unité et la continuité de l’enveloppe psychocorporelle peuvent être impactées.
La fin de vie est ainsi marquée par de nombreux remaniements identitaires, que nous
pouvons accompagner. Nous verrons que les fondements de l’identité du psychomotricien
sont également mis en jeu dans la relation, dans une réciprocité réintégrant le soigné
à une place de sujet. Cela requiert une certaine qualité de présence et une disponibilité
tonico-émotionnelle de la part du psychomotricien. Dans ce mémoire, nous nous appuierons
sur la clinique pour aborder en quoi la médiation du toucher thérapeutique permet
de soutenir l’intégrité de l’unité et donc l’identité psychomotrice des patients en
soins palliatifs.
Note publique d'information : Palliative care represent a therapy that is aimed to become more and more integrated
into the psychomotrician exercise. On the one hand because it’s a holistic approach
of the person, on the other hand due to the multiple psychomotor repercussions of
terminal diseases. The globality and continuity of the psychocorporal envelope may
be impacted by those phenomenons. The end of life is marked by many identity changes
that we can support. We will see that the identity of the psychomotor therapist itself
could also be impacted by this relationship. This requires a certain quality of presence
and tonic-emotional availability from the psychomotrician. In this dissertation we
will rely to the clinical practice to question how therapeutic touch mediation could
support the integrity of the unity and so the psychomotor identity of the palliative
care patients.
