Contributor, a passionate supporter of creativity at all levels, with 17 years of experience, as a trainer in human rights, active citizenship and active participation. He is the founder of the international, network “TDM 2000 International” and for five years has been the spokesperson for the Sardinian Associations, Committee for International Mobility (CASMI). During his career he has contributed to the design and development of numerous projects focusing on the co-operation between policy makers and the third sector, especially youth organisations. He is constantly raising awareness among associative operators and youth, workers of the importance of institutional advocacy aimed at implementing youth policies that meet the real, needs of the new generations. Gianluca creates training tools and enjoys testing them out with young people., As a project designer, manager and trainer, he stimulates young people to become active citizens as a way, of developing an inclusive society. His life motto is “look forward and never stop thinking” and he applies it, to all spheres of his work.
